How Cafes can easily make great Yogita Chai Latte

Add approx. 2 heaped teaspoons* of Yogita Chai mix into a Turkish style Coffee Pot/Warmer.  Add approx. 150ml  (1/2 cup) of boiling water from your espresso machine.

Let steep for approx. two minutes.

Add approx. 150ml (1/2 cup) of very hot steamed milk from your espresso machine & stir.

Let settle.

Serve the Turkish style pot/warmer from above with a tea strainer, cup, tea spoon and sugar directly to  your customer for them to pour.

Stand back and watch their satisfied smiles 🙂

If you have the facilities you can pre-make the Yogita Chai base brew using a saucepan allowing you to boil the water and Yogita Chai mix for a few minutes.

Then you only need to reheat the pre-made chai brew and add hot steamed milk to the cup and serve. (Chai Brew/Milk on a 50 /50 proportions)

*1 x heaped teaspoon = approx. 5.5gms
